The Jesus Prayer

The Jesus Prayer

This prayer from the Gospel (Luke 18)  is used widely throughout the Eastern Christian tradition and can be said many times throughout the day.

Lord Jesus Christ, Son of God, have mercy on me a sinner.

“Saying the Jesus Prayer” explanation from Dr. Albert Rossi (St. Vladimir’s Seminary)
